Why digitize your training and two very simple reasons for this: the first being the context of COVID 19 which prevented us from leading our face-to-face training, so there we had to adapt, find tips, and I see a lot of questions about it, and the second reason is quite simply the anti-crisis plan of other courts.

Now how to do? how we will digitize our training.

First of all, I would like to remind you of the different forms of digital training, there are three:

1) The virtual classroom:

It's like face-to-face, but remotely, that is to say that I will run a training course with learners except that everyone is in their own world and at ease, you see it's very easy to understand, advantage is that you do not have to travel, so everyone can stay at home.

There is no limit as to the participants, so we can of course have them as far as possible and not have up to 50 participants, it seems more complicated to manage.

There will be no problem with tables, chairs, computers, there everyone is at home, so that's a big advantage.

Now the downside are the connection problems, if you are all connected on zoom for example, either I will need a connection, which is a paid version, to have a lot of participants and especially so that everyone can connect easily, moreover we will have some small problems with sound and image, we do not enter everyone, we do not see everyone.

Some do not want to put their cameras on, others generally will not mute the sound, which will disturb the trainer in his good friendly monologue.

2) Blended Learning :

it's the combination of e-learning and virtual classroom, for me it's really the most interesting.

Blended Learning makes it possible to take the advantages of each teaching method and link them together.

Face-to-face and other virtual classes provide, through the presence of a facilitator, a dynamic of engagement and adjustable content in real time through discussion with participants.

The remote modalities allow (for the most part) to address a greater number of participants, to reduce costs (logistics in particular), to have a follow-up and an evaluation of the training thanks to LMS (Learning Management Systems) and potentially to personalize training accordingly.

3) E-learning :

There it is quite simply remote training with animation; there may be videos of the things you have created.

The advantages are the almost pure autonomy of young learners. The disadvantages are that it can very quickly be soporific and that I have seen in e-learning sessions, where it is very formatted, very framed, very theoretical, we are bored to death and after a while we pick up.

E-learning is not suitable either there is too much text, there is above all a monotonous voice and it is behind that it is not beautiful there, we will have to modernize all that a little bit.

Software and tools according to your actions:

– Video creation : Vyond (GoAnimate), Powtoon…

– Presentation creation : power point, google slides, genially, pitchy…

– Quiz creation : wooclap, business royale, survey monkey, dra’n survey, le quizinière…

Training platform : systeme.io, learnybox, digiforma, mymooc
